The revised draft Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report for the proposed gas-fired independent power plant to support ArcelorMittal Saldanha Works is available for comment.
According to ERM Southern Africa, the environmental consultants on the project, this report include comments received on the draft EIA report released between 22 July and 25 August 2016.
Comments to ERM, in writing, on the revised draft EIA report, should reach them on or before 18 October 2016.
