Preliminary ground work for the R72 million luxury apartment development next to the Saldanha Sports Grounds has been finished and the developer is awaiting final municipal approval.
Siroccon Consulting Engineers and Project Managers said this week they are awaiting the necessary plan approvals from the Saldanha Bay Municipality.
Once approved, the construction of the Bayview mixed development Z luxury apartments with basement parking and 19 shops and five offices on the ground floor Z will start in earnest.
Some of Siroccon’s former projects include the revamp of Mortimer Toyota Vredenburg’s offices and the Marina Village at Club Mykonos.
