The athletes and coaches of Langebaan Athletics Club received training from the best of the best this past weekend.

Charley Strohmenger, famous international IAAF Level 4 track and field coach held a hurdles, sprinting and long-jump coaching clinic with the athletes and coaches.

Day 1 was the sprinting and hurdles coaching clinic at Langebaan Primary School and on Day 2 a long-jump session with the athletes. He is also the owner of Limitless Sport and XSV Supplement and therefore had a nutritional session with the coaches.
