Last year the Curry Festival sold out in two hours, which prompted organisers to triple their stalls, closing the road and providing seating. Organisers are ready to delight guests with yet another local culinary feast on Saturday 7 June in Voortrekker Street, Hopefield. With a great diversity of curries, crayfish, afval, snoek head, hot lamb, mild chicken, pulled pork, gizzards, chicken livers, chu chu and livers, pancakes and more, there’s something for everyone. There will also be fun for the children, all in a safe protected area behind the Co-op. Batman will also make his appearance. When in town there are many other businesses and spots to visit.
