The 2019 Western Cape Funding Fair is taking place next month in Cape Town at the CTICC.
The Fair is an exhibition and conference styled platform aimed at creating awareness and access to multiple funding organisations.
The event is aimed at bankable, sustainable and profit seeking businesses that wants to accelerate by providing a platform to meet various funding institutions.
The fair is free of charge.
It is open to anyone interested in starting a business, currently running a business.
The provincial funding fair is a joint initiative between the Department of Economic Development and Tourism and Deloitte Western Cape.
Deloitte and the Department are not direct funders of Small, Medium and Micro-sized Enterprises (SMMEs), but through the Western Cape Funding Fair seek to educate entrepreneurs and business owners on accessing finance, looking at opportunities available, investment readiness and typical issues affecting access to finance.
This year the Western Cape Funding Fair will take place on Wednesday 12 June at the Cape Town International Convention Centre Auditorium 1, from 08:30 to 15:30.
The fair will include an expert panel of guest speakers and informative masterclasses on how to grow your business.
An exhibition area showcasing funding institutions and business support organisations is also sure to be a useful exhibition.
