Parents who applied for schools for their children for 2020 will be notified of the outcome on 7 June.
According to the Western Cape Department of Education (WCED), parents and guardians must then confirm their final decision by 12 July.
“The WCED is aware of some of the error messages that users are receiving,” according to its website.
“This is generally caused by users creating duplicate profiles resulting in some users being blocked and getting ‘error 494’ and ‘Whoops’ messages.”
