Re/Max Lifestyle Estates Langebaan recently donated more than R80 000 to the local Community Policing Forum (CPF).
“We are extremely pleased and proud that we are able to continue our support towards our local community through the Langebaan CPF, says Domonick Lodewick, Broker and Owner of Re/Max Lifestyle Estates.
The company also donated over R103 000 to the national Re/Max Foundation. Lodewick explains that these donations come from a percentage of commissions earned by his team.
“Special thanks must be given to our Langebaan team, who have dedicated a percentage of commissions towards these initiatives,” Lodewick said, “and to all of our past current and future clients that have afforded us the opportunity to assist them with their property needs. Through this caring structure we will be able to keep raising funds and continue to contribute to the various local community upliftment projects within the Langebaan area, as opposed to just a once-off donation.”
The money will be used by the CPF to assist Team Langebaan Neighbourhood Watch and initiatives such as Feed the Need, Play, a Christmas lunch for the seniors, New Year Food Hampers and the Blow the Whistle campaign.
