Eddie Conradie has been appointed Executive Head of Curro Langebaan, effective from 1 July.
Having been with the Curro group for the past 12 years, Conradie previously served as Executive Head of Curro Kathu.
As Executive Head he is responsible for ensuring curriculum structures remain in place and that quality control forms part of the school management’s daily activities.
Conradie aims, during his tenure, to grow the school’s participation in sport, while providing learners with access to a range of cultural opportunities. School growth in terms of learner numbers and stature remains a priority for Conradie, whose vision is to make Curro Langebaan the school of choice on the West Coast.
Conradie holds a Bachelor of Education degree (Intermediate and Senior Phase) and a Bachelor of Education Honours degree in curriculum development from Stellenbosch University.
When out of the office, Conradie is a passionate sportsman who enjoys rugby, golf, hunting and fishing. Above all, spending quality time with his wife and two young daughters is his favourite pastime.
