West Coast learners will soon have the opportunity to find their perfect career at next month’s career expo.
The expo is an initiative of the West Coast Business Chamber and Vredenburg High School. According to the organisers the idea is to help young people connect with businesses, government departments and institutions. The expo will expose learners to different careers and business opportunities in the region.
The expo will be held at the Vredenburg HS hall on Friday 2 and Saturday 3 August. Vredenburg High learners can visit the expo between 09:00 and 14:00 on Friday. All other learners in the region are welcome to visit on Friday between 14:00 and 17:00 and 09:00 and 12:00 on Saturday.
The Chamber invites business, departments and all other institutions to join the expo and market themselves and provide information to the learners.
Any body looking to be part of the expo must reserve a place on or before Monday 29 July.
