SuperSport’s Let’s Play and Weslander are looking for the West Coast’s top athletes.
Let’s Play was started to encourage young people to be active and get fit. Weslander has been teaming up with Let’s Play for more than a decade to find the region’s best and brightest sport stars.
Whether your sport talent shines in the pool, on the field or while hitting the ball, be sure to enter this year’s competition. There are great prizes up for grabs and the chance to be crowned Super Sport’s Let’s Play star of the Year. Former national winners include André Pollard, Springbok flyhalf, and Gezelle Magermann, former gold medalist at the Junior Olympics.
If you think you have what it takes to be the next Pollard or Magermann, tell us about your achievements, how you are motivating or training others at school or a club.
The SuperSport’s Let’s Play Star of the Month is open to any school- going child. You can enter yourself or be nominated by a friend, teacher or coach. You can even be nominated by a family member or friend who knows how good you are.
The Let’s Play Sport Star of the Month will be chosen each month from February to end October. Nominations must include your name, age and a short paragraph (200 words) on the athlete’s achievements, as well as your contact details.
